DEW/MacMillin Construction Company recently completed a senior living community in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The new three story, 72,300 square foot building replaced their existing 1950's structure. Blending social, dining, and leisure, the Scott-Farrar building has activities for all residents from gardening and art classes to community events held on site as well as the greater Peterborough area. The new building boasts 25 independent living apartments, 20 assisted living apartments, 18 memory care apartments, an art studio, exercise room, library, cafe, auditorium, multiple dining rooms, and a courtyard garden.
DEW/MacMillin were looking to capture this project in its entirety, showcasing the exterior and interior features that make the building unique. With the long summer days, I hustled from early morning and into the night photographing the architectural details of this building. Below are some of the images.
